Often times people cannot remember what medications they are taking. 

Many think it doesn't matter.  A magnesium supplement, some pill for my blood pressure, etc.

But drug interactions are essential to understand. 

Keeping an up to date medication list is a simple yet powerful way to protect your health.   

You can keep a written list in a notebook, on a card, in your notes app on your phone. 

The choice is yours. 

#### What to include in Your List:

\*   Medication Name (Brand & Generic)

\*   Dosage & Frequency

\*  Time of Day Taken

\*   Reason for Use

\*  Provider's Name & Phone #

\*   Start Date & Any Changes
