Health Assessment & Personalized Care Planning: We’ll assess your current condition(s), medications, and any areas of concern (e.g., wound care, mobility, chronic conditions, education).
Service Overview & Consent: We’ll walk you through our services, answer questions, and review the consent forms and agreements.
Comfort & Dignity First: Every interaction is guided by compassion, respect, and your comfort. We honor your independence and preferences.
