Connection Visits

Ideal for anyone who needs social engagement and emotional support. This plan brings friendly conversation, recreational activities, and light assistance to your loved one's daily routine. Connection visits also help prevent hospitalizations by caregivers noticing changes in health. ** 3 hour minimum

Daily Living Assistance

Perfect for those requiring extra help with daily routines, this plan offers hands-on support for personal care, mobility, and home tasks. Best for anyone who wants to stay in their home not in an institution. ** 3 hour minimum

Skilled Nursing Support

Designed for clients who need professional medical attention at home. This plan is for post-surgical recovery, hospital transitions back to home, foot care, or chronic illness management, all delivered by licensed nurses.

Step 1:

Please call/text/email us FIRST for your FREE 15-minute consultation to ensure we can give you the service and schedule that you need. 

STEP 2:

After we chat, you will receive a link to schedule your initial intake assessment online, or we can create your initial intake assessment appointment while we are talking.

* Connection and Daily Living visits have a 3-hour minimum time slot.

* Nursing visits have a 2-hour minimum time slot.

* 50% deposit is due upon booking to reserve your day/time of service.  Your deposit will go towards the remainder of the bill.  We have a scheduling and payment option online for your convenience.

* Hourly and packages are available.

* Private Pay Only, we do not accept insurance payments, but we do provide an itemized bill if you are able to be reimbursed (check with your insurance company always)

Hello! I'm Cheryl.  My passion is helping people stay in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. Every visit is personalized and carried out with compassion. 

I started Serenity Concierge LLC because I believe healing begins with the heart. My mission is simple: to help people stay independent and comfortable in their own homes.

I earned my R.N. license in 2006. I have extensive experience in pre- and post-op care, wound care, infection control, geriatric nursing, trauma nursing, and much more. I trained doctors and nurses when we left paper charting behind and forged ahead with EMR. I started out as a c.n.a., then progressed to R.N on the med-surg/orthopedics floor. I have mentored new and student nurses, as well as being a charge nurse for many years. Managing a long-term care home for a couple of year and then went back to bedside nursing on a trauma unit and hospice care. 

I have two teenagers and a wonderful husband.  I truly believe compassion changes the world. I have volunteered with Shriners Hospital in Tampa, Feeding Children Everywhere, Volusia County Schools mentors, in the Church Nursery, Flagler Volunteer Services, and with Guardian Ad Litem.

I look forward to meeting you and helping our community.
