Ideal for anyone who needs social engagement and emotional support. Brings friendly conversation, recreational activities, and light assistance to your loved one's daily routine. Connection visits often help prevent hospitalizations by caregivers noticing changes in health.

25$per hour (2 hour minimum)

Daily Living Assistance

Perfect for those requiring extra help with daily routines. This plan offers hands on support for personal care, mobility, and home tasks. Best for anyone who wants to stay in their home not in an institution.

30$per hour (2 hour minimum)

  • Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Mobility and transfer assistance
  • Medication reminders
  • Light housekeeping and errands
  • Personalized care coordination
  • Meal prep/feeding assistance
  • For Mostly Independent Adults

Skilled Nursing Support

Designed for clients who need professional nursing attention at home. This plan is for pre-surgical preparation, post-surgical recovery, hospital transitions back to home, or chronic illness management; all delivered by a licensed nurse. Personalized education is included in every visit.

Price Varies Depending on Acuity (minimum 2 hours)

After our initial PHONE consultation, we will visit your home, fill out forms, assess what needs to be done, and come to an agreement together.

Scheduling Notes

Step 1:

Please call/text/email us FIRST to schedule your FREE consultation.

This ensures we can give you the service and schedule that you need. 

STEP 2:

After we discuss your needs & preferences, you will receive a link to schedule your initial intake assessment OR we can schedule this at the end of the call. 

* A 25% deposit is due upon booking to reserve your day/time of service.  Your deposit will go towards your service payment.  We also have a scheduling and payment option online for your convenience.

* One time visits, hourly rates, and packages are available.  We create a plan together that is right for you.

* Private Pay - Cash, Check, Debit/Credit

* We do not accept insurance payments, but we do provide an itemized bill for HSA/FSA accounts.  Many allow personal care services to be reimbursed. Call your account manager for more details.

* You may be eligible for patient directed care to list myself as your caregiver for home services through Medicaid and Veteran's Services.  Talk to your care manager to see if this is available to you.
